The Joyful Leadership concept was carefully developed by an international team of experts who poured all their decades of experience and knowledge in this holistic ”Tree of life” approach, wanting to empower new generations of role model leaders.
They have defined joyful leadership as “the process of influencing others with joy about what and how needs to be done to accomplish shared goals for the benefit of all“.
